Description of our Tutor Support service

Within 48 hours of requesting Tutor Support, your tutor will send you an email and let you know how you can contact him or her.

Paper 2 - Writing
You will answer two questions on the writing paper and send this written work to your tutor by email. Your tutor will send you corrections and comments on your writing and a mark for each question to help you assess if you are ready to take the First Certificate exam.
Paper 5 - Speaking
You will practise for the speaking paper with your tutor by telephone (or by voice chat on the Internet). Your tutor will then send you a mark and some helpful comments by email to help you to prepare for the exam.

From the moment you register for Tutor Support, you will have a maximim of two months per practice test to send your written tasks to your tutor and to organise your speaking practice activity.
